Il tutto strutturato su due livelli con balconi e terrazzi. La villa inoltre comprende un ampio giardino recintato con aree relax e una cantina di produzione di vino in cui poter organizzare degustazioni. E' disponibile un parcheggio interno che garantisce privacy e sicurezza.

Welcome in our life's project. An attic with 3 cozy rooms completely renovated and with original 60's bathrooms style. The park will guarantee you relax and peace. A "summer kitchen" (from june to september) and a porch that used for lunch/dinner. We live on the ground floor, but the entrance is indipendent. We are in the mid of Cuneo, half an hour from the mountains, 15 min. from the Langhe, and 50 min. from the sea. For less than 6 people contact us if you want whole house.

It is situated on the top of the hill in a green acacia woods.
