This studio apt. is on the lower level of a triplex unit that is less than one mile from the beach located in an older neighborhood of single and multifamily homes walking distance to Grand Avenue shops, restaurants and the beach. We make this walk everyday. From the front deck you have a modest view of the ocean and often hear the waves crashing on the beach...so soothing. This property is managed by a real family with real reviews, not a company with artificially inflated stars.
