Relax in this soothing, stylish space. This welcoming one bedroom apartment on the first floor has a private keyless entrance, a large kitchen, an office and ample street parking. The living room, shown in the cover photo, includes a breakfast nook. This location is near the Pittsburgh International Airport (14 miles), the Golden Triangle (22 miles), and even closer to Robert Morris University (10 miles) and Penn State Beaver (6 miles). Brand new mattress Jan ‘25 Just 20 minutes to Monaca PA Cracker plant and just 15 minutes to Ergon or Shippingport PA Mountaineer is just 10-15 mins away. Easily sleeps up to 3-4 people. Both sides of duplex can be booked as long as not previously booked for your travel date

Beautiful, quiet, downtown living with lots of windows. Full kitchen fully stocked for easy cooking and clean up with the dishwasher. All new fully renovated, everything is upscale, quartz countertops and custom easy close cabinets. Bathroom is spotless. Cable and WiFi for guests. A short two block walk to the river access, and 4 blocks to the boat dock access and pavillion. As close as you can get to the Shell Cracker Plant. This is a space that feels like home and is easy to relax.

Upstairs you will discover a full bath and 2 cozy bedrooms with beautiful vaulted beamed ceilings.

Surrounded by rolling hills, lush summer/spring time greenery and beautiful fall colors, the home welcomes you with a sense of tranquility the moment you step through the front door. Some notable features of this home are the large yard, handmade pergola and fire pit, and small lake with Bass and Catfish which provide the perfect setting for outdoor fun.

The Cozy Studio

Cozy, private studio above our garage in Ellwood City's Ewing Park area. Studio is furnished with full bed, pull out futon, air conditioner, refrigerator, stove, toaster, microwave, & keurig + coffee pot. TV has access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, & Cable. Other apps available to login. Approx 650 sq ft. Private parking and entrance. Fire pit available as well for use in the fall and summer upon request. No pets. No laundry hookup, but laundromat close by.

The Great Escape

As one of our guests noted: “This home is named perfectly. It was a great escape." We invite you to stay in our small but cozy house in the very quiet "Pittsburgh Circle" area of town. The property backs onto a greenbelt - down a sharp embankment you can see the Connoquenessing Creek - which you can enjoy from the covered patio or the breakfast table in front of the large window. We have seen deer, groundhogs, hawks, and even a bald eagle!

Relax at Yellow Mellow, a cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. Just a short drive to Pittsburgh (18 miles), Cranberry (12 miles), Sewickley (5 miles) and I-79. This older home has charm and character. Three bedrooms and two baths provide space to spread out. Dining room with seating allows for family meals with fully equipped kitchen. Rest and recharge from the porch swing, or relax in the fenced in yard with fire pit and covered patio.

A discount price for weekly & monthly bookings. If you plan to stay longer than a month a special rate can be given. Enjoy the entire apartment with all the amenities of home. The place is very clean . Enjoy your own private entrance and parking. The living room is equipped with leather couch, large screen screen TV and fireplace. There is a full bathroom with a full tub and shower. The bedroom has a queen size bed
