Surrounded by the green Tuscan hills at 200m above sea level,located 15 minutes far from the sea, between Lucca, Pisa, Florence and "5 Terre", very bright house in a panoramic position with a roof-top terrace. The house has 2 bedrooms (one double and one with 2 single beds) and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. Equipped with air conditioning, fast connection wifi, smart TV, microwave oven,toaster,4-burner gas stove and electric oven,washing machine, iron. Barbeque on the terrace.

Is a country house located a few km from Viareggio and FortedeiMarmi, surrounded by greenery. It features a spacious living room with a sofa,fireplace and TV. The island kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room accommodates up to 6 guests. The ground floor is equipped with a bathroom with shower, a Turkishbath/sauna and chromot. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Outside, you'll find the patio, the pool,sunbathing area, the barbecue and the wood-fired oven.

Ideale per raggiungere in auto in pochi minuti il mare di Viareggio e Lido di Camaiore, Pietrasanta e Forte di Marmi. Ottima base per visitare Città come Lucca, Pisa e Le Cinque Terre, la stazione ferroviaria di Viareggio dista soli 6 km.

Silenzioso, riservato e a 20' dal mare. OSPITIAMO SOLO ADULTI NON FUMATORI. Ciao! Sono Eleonora, e abito al piano di sopra! Il vostro appartamento, si trova sulla parte sinistra della casa e gode di un ingresso privato e recintato, bagno con doccia privati, cucina con sala da pranzo e una meravigliosa camera immersa nel verde. Pedona, dista 5' a piedi, e offre 2 alimentari e 1 ristorante. Abbiamo un Wi-Fi MOLTO PIGRO, ma la "connessione", non è la nostra priorità 😉

Flat in Corsanico

The flat is located on a hillside among olive trees and magnolias, inside a former convent dating back to the 17th century. From the windows and the garden there is an extraordinary view of Lake Massaciuccoli, the Tyrrhenian Sea and its islands: in addition to Gorgona that is always visible, when the air is clear you can see Capraia, Elba and Corsica. An ideal place to relax, visit cities of art, go on nature excursions and, of course, go to the sea.

Piccolo bilocale situato in una casa di corte, composto in entrata da una camera con letto matrimoniale e poltrona-letto, piccolissimo angolo cottura e bagno con doccia. Entrata indipendente. L'unico locale in comune (con noi che abitiamo sopra) è la lavanderia che è in una stanza indipendente .Il parcheggio ,gratuito , è sulla strada (a 20 metri dalla porta di casa) Non c'è giardino ma ci si può sedere fuori magari per bersi un drink .
