Gaze Across the Atlantic from a Glass-Walled Haven

Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. There is air conditioning in all rooms

2 bedroom appartment, entirely renovated in 2022, situated directly across from the Ocean. Attractive views on the famous Art Deco Sea Point Swimming Pool (rated one of the top 10 pools in the world) and on the Atlantic Ocean. Perfect location, with the Seapoint Promenade at your doorstep and at walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, public transport, beaches,... All of Cape Town's top attractions are just a hop away: Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront, Clifton Beach and Camps Bay.

Sunny, Beach Road, Sea Point, Apartment.

My place is over the road from the magnificent Atlantic Ocean, the Promenade, Beaches, La Perla & Bootlegger Coffee Company there are loads of other shops & restaurants in easy walking distance. You really cannot be more conveniently located for your Cape Town stay! You’ll love my place because it's bright & clean. It has one secure off street parking, a washing machine, great stove/oven, huge table & comfy bed. The apartment works well for couples, solo adventurers, & business travellers.

Walk to the Beach from a Fresh, Stylish Apartment

I'm always a phone call, or airbnb message away. The apartment is steps away from a number of beaches, as well as Sea Point Pool and Mojo Market. There's an array of great eateries & cafes nearby: Kleinsky's, Bootleggers, Scheckters Raw, & Jarryd's. There's an inverter to keep you connected to internet, a light, & TV on during loadshedding. Please note: as Sea Point is extremely sought-after, there are developments in the area resulting in some construction noise during the day.
