Amazing 80 m2 penthouse apartment with a private huge 80 m2 atrium terrace with stunning view to the sea, the city and the mountains. There is also a small terrace with direct access from the living room. The apartment is fully equipped and has a modern livingroom, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (plus a sofa bed) and 2 bathrooms. Centrally controlled aircondition, WIFI, fiber and 55" smart TV. The terrace offers a nice lounge group, an outside kitchen with dining set, a bar set and sunbeds.

Our charming beach home is situated in an exclusive and peaceful seaside neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes and gardens, walking distance from the sea. Due to the elevated situation of the home, you will enjoy the pleasant sea breeze and beautiful views from your private garden with BBQ and pool. The home has been tastefully designed with new furniture and decoration. High speed internet. Although shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

Completed in 2024, Casa Verde is an exceptional property, both in terms of design and size. It’s 1st line on the beautiful Marina de la Torre golf course and a 5 min walk from the beautiful beaches of Mojácar. The home features 5 large bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a cinema space, a large office, utility space, gym and 6 car garage. It also features a fully landscaped garden, a large 10m by 5m pool, which is overlooked by an outdoor kitchen and three large terraces. It’s the perfect beach villa.
