A large master bed and bath, full kitchen, open air living space and a quaint balcony from which to enjoy your morning beverage. It also has a one car garage. It is nicely updated and a great place to headquarter all of your Mesquite activities and adventures. The complex is well maintained with a large pool, hot tub and clubhouse. Spacious open-space style (see photos), with large porch, a beautiful pool, hot tub, barn with hens, mini donkeys, and 2 llamas, and our two beloved Golden Retrievers. We are only 25 minutes from downtown Prescott with all its amenities, and then back home to the quiet, and amazing starry skies of Skull Valley.
