Die helle und sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoß einer Villa. Über ein eigenes Stiegenhaus erreichbar stehen ein Vorzimmer mit Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer ( Esstisch, Eckcouch und TV), drei getrennte Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und eine Toilette, alles auf einer Ebene, zu Verfügung. In dem 2000 m² großen und rundherum eingezäunten Garten gibt es viele gemütliche Plätze zum Entspannen. Von Mai bis Oktober kann man den Pool benützen,der durch Solarkollektoren erwärmt wird.

Und wenn Du die Großstadt Wien besuchen willst, dann nimmst Du von Mödling aus den Zug nach Wien und stehst nach 30 Minuten vor dem Stephansdom in Wien im Stadtzentrum. Direkt von uns gibt es zahlreiche Wander- und Mountainbikerouten, und viel Kulturelles zu entdecken.

Top ausgestattete, brandneue 50m2 Wohnung in ruhiger aber zentraler Lage. Das Highlight ist das Pool auf dem Dach im 31. Stock mit Blick über ganz Wien. Die Wohnung ist neuwertig und modern möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt: Nespresso Maschine, Küche mit allen Geräten, großer Smart TV, schnelles WLAN, Waschmaschine etc. In nur 7 Minuten erreicht man man die Wiener Innenstadt. Wir sind Christa und Christian und haben 2024 in unserem hübschen Haus in Südlage mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Wiesen und Wälder des Wienerwaldes eine Einleger-Wohnung errichtet. Die vielen Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür, die Poolbenutzung einerseits und die Nähe zur Stadtgrenze (6 Kilometer) machen die Unterkunft zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt für eine Mischung aus Städtetripp und Erholung. Die Autobus Haltestelle nach Wien befindet sich 3 Gehminuten entfernt.

Thanks to the generous room heights and the large window elements, you can enjoy the view from the modern furnished apartment of the green Prater and the Danube Canal. From the infinity pool on the 31st floor you can enjoy the view over the city. The pool is closed from October to April.
