Rustic loft and nature

This apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The loft is located in the roof-top of an ancient house in a green residential area just outside Vienna. Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. Waking up in the morning to look out that large window into the garden is simply priceless. The spacious terrace is perfect to enjoy the sunny days not only in summer but also in spring and autumn.

Schöner Bungalow im Wienerwald

Liebevoll renovierter 60er-Jahre Bungalow in absoluter Ruhelage inmitten 1.000 qm naturnahen Gartens. Wohnbereich: Wohnzimmer (42 qm) mit anschließender Küche, 2 Schlafzimmern (je 14 qm), Bad, WC und Vorzimmer. Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch für 4 bis 6 Personen und Schlafcouch (150 cm). Vom Wohnzimmer direkter Zugang auf die Terrasse (20 qm) mit großzügiger Sitzgarnitur. Bus nach Wien (Stadtgrenze 3 km/Zentrum 20) fährt alle halben Stunden. Zwei Supermärkte vor Ort. Nur fünf Minuten in den Wald.

Die ehemalige Garage wurde mit viel Liebe in ein barrierefreies Loft-artiges Studio mit E-Ladestation umgestaltet. Unser Haus in guter Wohnlage ist nur 10 bis 15 Minuten Gehzeit entfernt von Mödlings Bahnhof und historischem Stadtzentrum. Die nahe Metropole Wien ist mit dem Zug bestens erreichbar. Der Nachtbus aus Wien hält um die Ecke. Der angrenzende Wienerwald ist ein Paradies für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Läufer und Mountainbiker. Die Weinbauern der Umgebung bieten regionale Köstlichkeiten.

Shopping facilities (Hofer, Billa), pharmacy and tobacco shop 3 minutes away. Green area, Vienna woods for walking, running, biking in front of the garden gate. Tennis and Golf in Breitenfurt, a few more Golf courses in the neighbourhood. Bus to Vienna, 2 minutes walk.

The accommodation is on the lower floor of a beautiful newly built family home. The apartment is brand new, in the best condition. Everything is included: equipped kitchen, bedroom, living room, WiFi, TV, private parking space. The tram stop is only 3 minutes away from us. In 25-30 minutes you can reach the center. Quiet, green location near several sights (Schönbrunn, Hermessvilla, Lainzer Tiergarten...). We look forward to you.

Die Erdgeschosswohnung ist über eine Schlüsselbox zugänglich. Die Kurtaxe von 2,50€ pro Person und Nacht ist bei Ankunft bar zu zahlen.

Das Mid Century Objekt wurde liebevoll mit Original Möbel aus den 50er, 60er und 70er eingerichtet und erfüllt alle modernen Ansprüche.
