36 m² bright, quiet apartment in the courtyard on the 2nd floor with elevator. About 5 minutes walk from the old town center and the foothills of the Vienna Woods and about 15 minutes from the train station. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity. The morning sun wakes you up in the lovingly renovated and equipped Garçonnière with anteroom, closet space, bathroom with shower/toilet, and a living/sleeping room. The kitchen is separated. Pets are possible after consultation. NON-SMOKER!

Comfortable, family-friendly and top located

Our accommodation is located on the ground floor of our family house in a quiet but publicly accessible suburb of Vienna. The station to the local train is 5 minutes walking distance away where you can change to a subway in 20 minutes in Vienna or go directly to the Vienna Opera House. Not only visitors of Vienna but also those of the Thermenregion with its health resorts (Baden), vineyards, wine taverns and castles will find our family-friendly accommodation very well located.

Wundervolle Familienwohunug nähe Schönbrunn und Lainzer Tiergarten. Die komplett neu sanierte Wohnung im 1. Halbstock besteht aus einem großen Schlafzimmer mit Büroecke (Doppelbett und zusätzlich ein einfaches Gästebett), einem weiteren Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten (zusätzliches Gitterbett ist vorhanden). Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe mit Direktanbindung nach Schönbrunn sowie zum Westbahnhof und somit zum U-Bahn Netz.

Die Villa liegt in einer idyllischen Grünlage am Fuße des Maurer Berges, abseits der Straße auf einer Anhöhe. Das Apartment ist nach Süden und Osten ausgerichtet und bietet einen wunderschönen Balkon mit Blick auf die beeindruckenden, jahrhundertealten Bäume des rund 5000 m² großen Parks sowie auf den malerischen Wienerwald.
