Guesthouse cottage in historic Midtown Mobile and close to many area amenities. The living area has an art wall & kitchenette. The 1st bedroom features a king bed & piano bar. A bookcase door leads to the pink room w/ photo props. Host is a photographer & offers mini sessions. Relax with the family or escape for the weekend at this comfortable and well appointed cottage on the bayou just off Dog River. Only 15 Minutes away from downtown Mobile and 35 Minutes away from Dauphin Island, this home is your private getaway. An open waterfront view, great fishing, wild ducks and situated in the middle of the city providing easy access to the Gulf Coast. Covered back deck with a gorgeous view, gas grill and you can even throw a TV out there to make it an outdoor living room.

Enjoy your stay in the historic Mobile area, in this 1940s midtown home. This small 2 story home has 3 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 full baths. One block from a large park with play grounds, skate park, walking paths and food trucks. There is shopping and eateries all with in walking distance. Downtown is a short 10min drive and the beaches of Dauphin Island are just a 45 min drive south. The dinning room table converts into a poker table or bumper pool table. Centrally located at the half way point between Dauphin Island and Downtown Mobile, this cozy studio puts you just 20 minutes away from these popular destinations. Moreover, in just 5 minutes you can be walking the grounds of Bellingrath Gardens or launching your boat into Fowl River. In 8 minutes you can be shopping at Greers Old Bay Market, a fully stocked grocery store with quality meats and produce, a gas station, a liquor store, pharmacy and Ace hardware.

Cottage on Caroline

Welcome to Cottage on Caroline, a precious and happy home that is in Old Dauphin Way Historic District A neighborhood that is enjoying revitalization and value appreciation. The entire home was renovated. The ceilings are 10' and the hardwood floors are original and full of character. Huge fenced backyard. Dauphin St Entertainment District is a 5 minute walk away. The home also sits on the bike path and is a block and a half from the Mardi Gras parade route.

Cozy Cottage

Natural lighting and a peaceful environment make this a great home away from home. I have a big fenced in backyard with mostly privacy fencing and a large dog door for free roaming about. You can enjoy a drink or dinner under my shaded area or relax in the swing listening to the birds. My home is centrally located and close to University of South Alabama and Springhill University, with only about a 15 minute drive to downtown, or the Mobile Regional Airport.
