Bringing a pet blanket or bed is encouraged so they have a comfortable place to relax. • Please do not leave pets unattended in the home unless they are safely secured in a crate. • If your pet sheds excessively, we ask that you do your best to remove excess pet hair before departure. While normal pet-friendly cleaning is included, additional cleaning or damage charges may apply if extra cleaning is required due to excessive pet hair, pets on furniture, accidents inside the home, stains, odors, waste left behind, or any damage caused during your stay. This is a 1br 1 full bath apartment. It is on the second floor unit B. It is located downtown in the historic "DETONTI SQUARE" district. Very quiet with beautiful old homes and large oak trees. It is only 4 blocks from lively 'Dauphin Street' with all of the restaurants, bars and other activities. 1car max parking on property. Parking on street in front if needed. There is a self check in box at entry door, open and remove key. (You have to re-punch #’s to close the lock box door).

There is a gas grill with outdoor seating. Beach Chairs & Umbrellas for guests use.
