Lovely 1 Bedroom Condo Downtown Mobile

This beautifully decorated condo in Mobile is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Just steps away from the Saenger Theater, Soul Kitchen, Mobile's cruise terminal, and historical museums. There are several parks, art galleries, restaurants, and bars within walking distance to explore. The perfect crash pad for touring in Mobile. The condo features a king-size bed with a plush comforter and a queen-size sofa bed. A great place for you to retreat, relax, and revive yourself.

Gigi's Midtown Getaway #2

Beautifully decorated UPSTAIRS condo in the heart of Midtown. Set up for those who need a place to stay for 2 days or longer. Mobile Infirmary,University Hospital and Children's and Women's Hospital are less than a mile. Safe gated community surrounded by heritage oak trees with pool, workout room and clubhouse. I provide a welcome basket and other amenities that you might need during your stay. I also have another Airbnb in this same complex if this is booked - Gigi’s Midtown Getaway.

Centrally located at the half way point between Dauphin Island and Downtown Mobile, this unique studio puts you just 20 minutes away from either popular destination. Moreover, in just 5 minutes you can be walking the grounds of Bellingrath Gardens or launching your boat into Fowl River. In 8 minutes you can be shopping at Greers Old Bay Market, a fully stocked grocery store with quality meats and produce, a gas station, a liquor store, pharmacy and Ace hardware.

Julia Street is right off of Dauphin Street, half a mile from the Mardi Gras Parade Route and Downtown Mobile. This apartment has hardwood floors, and was recently updated with butcher block counter tops, and a shiplap kitchen bar. Guests love this apartment in a turn of the 19th century Southern home. It has a private entrance, screened porch, fenced yard, a large bedroom with full size bed and a convertible chair bed and a twin bed in a cozy alcove. And a fully-equipped kitchen and private bath with shower and tub. 30 min to Dauphin Island beaches and fishing, 20 min to Mobile or Pascagoula. 2 hrs to New Orleans French Quarter. It's a great location for work or a holiday visit.

The apartment is upstairs. When pulling into entrance, pull straight forward to park. The unit is in the rear, Apt. D. There is a self check in box at entry door, open and remove key. (You have to re-punch #’s to close the lock box door). There is parking on street if needed.
