Lovely 1 Bedroom Condo Downtown Mobile

This beautifully decorated condo in Mobile is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Just steps away from the Saenger Theater, Soul Kitchen, Mobile's cruise terminal, and historical museums. There are several parks, art galleries, restaurants, and bars within walking distance to explore. The perfect crash pad for touring in Mobile. Vintage meets charm-midtown

This apartment was remodeled in 2024 with original refinished hardwood floors, fresh paint and new lighting fixtures. The bedroom features a comfy KING size bed! A large TV is provided in both the living room and the bedroom for your use. The kitchen is great, with a stainless steel flat top range, fridge and dishwasher. A coffee bar, microwave and toaster are provided for your use! A work area is off the living room with a desk, lamp and charging strip. A coin op washer/dryer is on site.

Gigi's Midtown Getaway #2

Beautifully decorated UPSTAIRS condo in the heart of Midtown. Set up for those who need a place to stay for 2 days or longer. Mobile Infirmary,University Hospital and Children's and Women's Hospital are less than a mile. Safe gated community surrounded by heritage oak trees with pool, workout room and clubhouse. I provide a welcome basket and other amenities that you might need during your stay. I also have another Airbnb in this same complex if this is booked - Gigi’s Midtown Getaway.

Moreover, in just 5 minutes you can be walking the grounds of Bellingrath Gardens or launching your boat into Fowl River. In 8 minutes you can be shopping at Greers Old Bay Market, a fully stocked grocery store with quality meats and produce, a gas station, a liquor store, pharmacy and Ace hardware.

Cozy apartment w/kitchen, near Mobile & Pascagoula

Guests love this apartment in a turn of the 19th century Southern home. It has a private entrance, screened porch, fenced yard, a large bedroom with full size bed and a convertible chair bed and a twin bed in a cozy alcove. It also has a fully-equipped kitchen and private bath with shower and tub. 30 min to Dauphin Island beaches and fishing, 20 min to Mobile or Pascagoula. 2 hrs to New Orleans French Quarter. It's a great location for work or a holiday visit.

Updated Historic Apartment with Private Balcony!

Renovated but historic! With a private balcony! This property is a two bedroom, one bath loft apartment on the second floor of a small Midtown building. It was fully updated in 2021, with new central air, new kitchen and renovated bathroom. The location is excellent, just a couple minutes to Downtown Mobile, and under an hour to Dauphin Island or Gulf Shores Beaches. This is a beautiful neighborhood to take an evening stroll and see the 100+ year old homes.
