Hola Bienvenidos! Soy Mariaga Publicista, hemos abierto un pequeño espacio individual e independiente (cama imperial) principalmente para aquellas que quieran pasar una noche tranquila y segura. Estamos a 3 cuadras de la Calzada Roosvelt, avenida principal que te lleva a la Antigua Guatemala o bien al Centro de la ciudad con paradas de buses cercanas. Comercios cercanos como el Centro Comercial Eskala donde encontraras todos los servicios. En nuestra colonia se cuenta con garita de seguridad.

Alojamiento con bastantes ventanas grandes para ver el jardín y la ciudad, distintos ambientes, contamos con tres balcones en la casa, juegos para niños, cama elástica, piscina familiar, cancha para basketball y fútbol, jardín amplio y senderos para caminatas. Tenemos Wifi, lavandería, cocina, sala de estar y sala de televisión. Tiendas y supermercados cercanos, un club familiar y el alojamiento se encuentra a 20 minutos de centros comerciales. Todos son bienvenidos a alojarse en este lugar.
