Pavilions Garden Cottages - Olaf and Tilia

Inside the private Pavilion gardens you will find two separate cottages - Olaf and Tilia. They are ‘tiny houses’ – small but perfect with every amenity and fully self-contained. Olaf is nestled in the garden, surrounded by trees and flowers. Tilia, at the top of the drive, enjoys a rural view up the hill with sheep, cows and the odd kangaroo jumping by. Both have outside fire pits for marshmallow toasting on brisk Highlands nights. We are 5 mins drive from both Mittagong and Bowral main streets.

Edward Lane Apt3

Edward Lane Apt3 is close to the Mittagong Township in walking distance to restaurants, antique shops and Lake Alexandra. It's your perfect base to explore The Southern Highlands. From Brandman Museum in Bowral, arts and craft in Bundanoon, Historic Berrima, beautiful wineries and so much more. Sydney airport is 90 minutes away. You’ll love the high ceilings, the location, the people, the ambiance. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers and families (6 Adults or 4 Adults 2 Children).

“The Burrow” is a self-contained cottage on a 100 acre wildlife sanctuary just 5km from the centre of Mittagong. Once you arrive, it's just you and a few hundred kangaroos and a wombat or two. We invite you to take in nature at your own pace in this peaceful & private setting. “The Burrow” is a hand-built, mud-brick cottage set on the Southern Highlands of NSW. It's quirky yet very comfortable. With nature & wildlife all around we want you to feel like you're 1000 miles from anywhere.

Silver Birch Studio

Silver Birch Studio is perfect for an overnight or weekend stay in the Southern Highlands for up to 2 adults. This self contained studio has an en-suite, small kitchenette and a deck overlooking the garden. The peaceful location is less than three minutes drive to Mittagong town, which offers a number of great restaurants and cafes. Mittagong is also close to Bowral, Moss Vale and historic Berrima which all offer a variety of markets, art galleries and local wineries.

Sedalia Farm Cottage - stunning rural retreat

Enjoy the serenity and truly picturesque backdrop of captivating rural vistas at this unique charming, private stand alone cottage that sits separately from the main farm house. It is only a short ten minute drive to Bowral or Mittagong. Wake up to the sounds of nature and enjoy the lush gardens that provides a quiet sanctuary in an incredibly tranquil location. Sedalia Farm has 3 Alpacas, 1 horse, 1 miniature donkey and 2 Huskies who all live on the property!

The Carriage House at Welby Park Manor

The Carriage House at the historic homestead, Welby Park Manor has been lovingly restored and renovated. Oozing with character and charm, the Carriage House is self-contained, private, dog-friendly and fully fenced. On-site parking is available, wood is supplied for the slow-combustion fireplace and outdoor fire pit. you will be welcomed with drinks on arrival. A pet friendly, comfortable and well-appointed, self-contained apartment for rent amongst the gum trees. Only a short walk to Mittagong train station, Sturt Gallery, shops, restaurants and galleries. Newly renovated, the apartment has reverse cycle air-conditioner, a private entrance, designated parking area and a private outdoor outlook. Wi-fi and Netflix all included. Comfortable, private, quiet get-a-away so stay a week or more. No cleaning fee.

The Sauna Haus, completed in October 2021, is situated on a 1 acre property, shared with our residential home. It is perfect for couples and small families wanting to retreat from the world whilst being a short 5 min. drive/15 min. walk to Bowral and surrounding attractions including vineyards, boutiques, cafe's and golf clubs.
