非常滿意此次的住宿經驗 地點稍微不方便，無法步行到達，但所有的住宿體驗都是非常開心並滿意的 包含所有與房東的溝通，以及他們所提供的幫助，都讓人相當滿意！ 我們這次難得遇到了超級大寒流，退房當天雪積得相當厚，房東很難幫忙叫到計程車，因此房東自行前來接送我們三個家庭到湯澤車站，真的非常非常非常感謝！！🙏🙏

“My stay at this wasabi chalets was truly exceptional! The host was amazing, and I have to give a special shoutout to Peter Yates,Mogi the manager, who went above and beyond to assist with every single issue. He was incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and made sure everything was perfect for us. The check-in process was seamless thanks to his support, and the place itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed—comfy beds, a great kitchen, and even nice extras like fresh towels and local tips. The location was ideal, close The location was absolutely perfect, conveniently close to every ski resort in the area, making it a dream spot for winter sports lovers, while still offering a peaceful and quiet retreat at night, highly recommend this chalets to anyone and would love to return in the future!”

Our stay at Bear's House was amazing! It was less than 5 minutes walk to access the ski resort and rental shop. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the surrounding nature was a sight to behold. Everything was exactly what we needed. And Ryuta offered to give us a ride to the market to get food for our stay. Couldn't have been happier to have found this place.

Amazing house with 2 bath and 2 toilets and large living space Mark was so accommodating to allow our change in plans and helped us wherever he could and was there to help us check in smoothly He also came to fix our washing machine and made sure everything worked for us Just behind is two slopes but we were at beginner level so those were too steep for us Place came with children sled and snowman making scoops Place also came with 4WD and snow tires and own parking - do not recommend driving own car because Mark’s car is more suitable for Hakuba winter road conditions!!!!

We had the pleasure of staying at Jake’s Place in Hakuba, and it was an amazing experience! The place is walking distance to Iwatake Resort, otherwise Jake offers a ride to other nearby ski resorts, which is a huge bonus and makes getting around super easy. We were a group of 12, plus 2 kids and 2 babies, and there was something for everyone. The space was incredibly spacious and cosy, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day on the slopes. The lodge had everything we needed to feel right at home. Jake really goes above and beyond in creating a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere, and I couldn’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base for their Hakuba trip!

Our stay at Hakuba Downtown Apartments was exceptional. The apartment was exactly what was expected, and roomy for us with 6 total people including two kids. Everything was clean, access was easy, beds comfortable, and directions on everything in English which was helpful. There is an awesome grocery store nearby which helped us cook in the well equipped kitchen while there. Peter was very communicative ahead of arrival and very helpful during our stay. His advice and suggestions made our trip to Hakuba far better than it would have been otherwise. Also, definitely check out Shiho's shop down the road, we found some great things to bring home there! If we ever get the opportunity to return to Hakuba, we'll definitely be trying to stay here again.
