Welcome to our lovely rooftop apartment! We are a Mexican family renting our rooftop apartment in Coyoacán. The apartment consists of an outdoor living area and a cozy fully-equipped apartment. It is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood near UNAM and downtown Coyoacán. The apartment is independent to our house, so you will access through private stairs that go directly to the rooftop. Our guests enjoy the rooftop for reading, exercising, or simply relaxing in this small city oasis.

Our casita is located in the beautiful and historical Coyoacan. Home to the greatest artists, Coyoacan is safe, quiet and perfect for walking and biking. Our house is very close to delicious restaurants, fun bars, markets, parks, subway stations and the famous Frida Kahlo museum. The neighborhood is full of Mexican art and culture and the house is cozy and lovely! Our casita is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and well behaved furry friends (pets).

Cuenta con una pequeña cocina, incluye todo para cocinar platillos simples, 1 baño privado dentro de la habitación, 1 sala y 1 comedor donde podrás trabajar, comer o disfrutar de la Smart Tv con tu cuenta de Netflix o Youtube podrás accesar sin problemas. El edificio cuenta con áreas comunes: 2 salas para estar o trabajar y 1 roof garden donde podrás relajarte o trabajar. Con Wifi de 100 Mb en todas partes

Departamento Casa Orozco Coyoacan

Located in Coyoacán, typical Mexican neighborhood surrounded by markets, museums and historical buildings, a few blocks from Museu Frida Khalo, this house was the first studio for the painter and muralist José Clemente Orozco, who designed and build it between 1921 and 1923. It´s a complete one room apartment with a small kitchen (queen-size bed, 40 inches Smart tv, work-space, full prived bathroom). It has a big and beautiful garden shared by 2 houses (smoking allowed only in the garden).

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

Un lugar encantador y con todo lo esencial ( cocina, mesa para comer , baño completo, cama, sofá cama , TV ). Dentro de las áreas comunes tenemos: terraza, lavandería , sala de estar . No cuenta con estacionamiento, sin embargo es una zona muy segura y al rededor podrás encontrar estacionamiento y pensión pública.
