My little green Granny house - near Corn Palace

This cozy house has so much to offer with sleeping for 4 to 8 and could accommodate more with the pack-and-play. King bed sleeps two, full size bed, and two full size sleeper sofas each sleep one or two people. Extra blankets and pillows in rooms. Close to shopping, banks, eating establishments and the community theater. Parking off street or behind the house with both front and back door entrance. Grill, fire pit and swing set out back. No smoking. No parties. Great place to relax and enjoy.

The Historic Haunted Dairy Coach House (Sept/Oct)

During Sept/Oct we embrace local folklore and turn into the haunted dairy coach house ( enjoy our many creepy antiques) Centrally located in the sleepy town of Colton just minutes away from prime hunting and fishing and just a stones throw away from the biggest city in the state. The cabin sits on the same property as Tellberg's Gym LLC, which guests will also have access to. Forget some essentials for your trip? We are close to retailers. Need a bite to eat? There are several nearby places.

We offer you a beautiful garden cottage setting with a guest apartment (w/ private access) in the lower level of our home. Guests have private access to hot tub, fire place and backyard garden patio until 11 pm. Walking distance to downtown. Our home is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups. The living room and kitchen with TV, gas fireplace. 2 stall garage. Deck with outdoor eating. Fenced backyard. Dogs welcome here! There is a $50/day charge for 5th guest and one-time $30 pet charge/stay.

The Corn Palace Cottage - Amazing Location !

Welcome, everyone! Our home, built in 1925, is located in the heart of the historical area of downtown Mitchell. It is situated next to the World’s Only Corn Palace and includes off-street parking for two vehicles. We love attending events at the Corn Palace because we don't have to worry about finding a parking spot; we can simply walk!
