Apartment Suite, Platte, SD

The Apartment Suite has living room, kitchen, bathroom, large bedroom w/ two queen beds, and two single beds tucked in corner of the livingroom. Kitchen fully equipped with stove/microwave/fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster and some condiments. Guests may prepare their own meals. Private entrance. WiFi, washer/dryer, cable television, off-street parking. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

Your very own private apartment. Seven person Hot Tub, open April -December. Three minutes to the airport and close to Denny Sanford Center for a evening concert, to the Pavilion for a play or musical, and downtown where you will enjoy the cities lights and wonderful restaurants. Two blocks from Veteran's Memorial Park where there is fishing and a swimming pool for the kids, bikes available for your use.

Hello Travelers! This house is a newly decorated and furnished first level floor of a two-unit Duplex. The flat above currently has quiet tenants with a child. However, once in a while, footsteps and running can be heard from the flat above. Centrally located, it is close to Midco Aquatic center, Denny Sanford, Down Town, Sanford medical center, Augustana & University of Sioux Falls, and the Great Plains Zoo. Great living area with a big king and queen-size memory foam beds.

Home away from home

Newer house in a nice residential neighborhood. Easy access to I 229. Close to skiing and car race track NO CLEANING FEES Space available for Airbnb rental is the main part of the house. Owner has a separate apartment in the basement with a separate entrance. There is a lock on both sides of the door going to the basement at the bottom of the stairs. I will always try to be respectful of your privacy. If you do need anything let me know and I will make myself available.
