Watts Theatre Apartment Over Main

This Apartment was lived in by owners/builders of Watts Theatre. Mr. Watts was rumored to be acquaintances with Frank Lloyd Wright who was involved in the planning of the building. You will see many of his features including wide sweeping curves thus eliminating many 90 degree angles. While you stay enjoy watching the movie from your own Private Viewing Space in the second bedroom. There are shows on Fridays and Saturdays at 7pm and Sundays at 4pm check out our website for specifics.

Staying at the Bailey Exchange Cottage is a great place for families to relax, reflect, and connect. Nestled on 100 acres of farmland and 200+ acres of public land, there are many trails to explore throughout the woods, a bike trail, natural spring, fishing/ kayaking, public hunting, and a walking bridge. Enjoy watching wildlife, laughing around a fire, sitting on the front porch watching the sunset, farm tours, reading, playing games, and stargazing. A perfect place for hunting as well
