Private Waterfront Relaxation at Peppermint Cove!

Our spacious camper is lake front with a gorgeous Cove view, sitting on our quiet, peaceful, private property on a private road. No sharing our space, and a 200 ft walk (across from camper) to the water, enjoy our dock with amenities, shady green space by the water, or the outdoor kitchen, patio and firepit at the camper. You’ll have access to our HOA boat ramp. We’re located on the Osage River Arm of Lake of the Ozarks on MM 84 (@ the power lines) and 15 minutes away from Truman Dam and Lake.

Come enjoy our beautiful 200-acre national park-esque ranch fringed in gorgeous limestone boulders surrounding a spring-fed 15-acre private lake with outdoor living area and sand beach. Great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and excellent fishing. We are only 5 minutes from downtown Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs Golf Course and 3EX municipal airport. We live on-site and will generally be available throughout your stay should you need or desire.

Great Tear Drop Glamping Site in the Ozark Mountains just outside Mark Twain National Forest.... PRIVATE and spacious camping site with large private shower/bathroom facility with running hot and cold water (except winter months). Added with tables and chairs, also lounging chairs, and a fire pit to enjoy during your stay. Electricity hook up supplying the air conditioner, and refrigerator at the outdoor kitchen Galley. It’s a gas fed cook top. You will enjoy your privacy and nature here.

Truman Lake Getaway! Delightful 1- bedroom RV!

(2-night minimum) Discover the gorgeous landscape that surrounds this place to stay while you fish, boat, hunt, swim at the beach on Truman Lake!! We are also by Lake of the Ozarks, so visit Truman Dam while your here! Put your boat in 1/2 mile away at Thibaut Point Boat Ramp for Truman and 7 miles for Lake of the Ozarks. Lots of room for parking. Table under the awning outside, bring lawnchairs if you want. Plus, Enjoy a complimentary dozen of Fresh farm Eggs! Play your music, have fun!!

Cozy Country Studio

Enjoy a countryside retreat! Our family-friendly studio apartment is quiet and cozy, with no one but birds and cows as your neighbors (and us! We live in the main house.) Our studio is the perfect getaway or stop along your travels. Full bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and wi-fi. Enjoy our 1/2 mile nature trail, woodland picnic area with fire pit, & playground! Accommodates up to 3 adults + a baby, 2 adults + 2 children, or 1 adult + 3 children. Cannot house 4 adults. (See bed arrangements!)

Glamping site with access to the Finley River. Primitive camping at its finest. 5 minute walk to River. Centrally located with Branson 20 miles south, and Bass Pro 20 miles north. - no electricity, with solar lights - full-size bed - fire pit & grill - outhouse - picnic table - Igloo cooler of fresh water - metal roof - extra tents $35 per tent Pets are welcome, but must NOT be allowed on the bedding or rug. If dog hair is left on the bedding, there is a $30 charge.

Forest Garden Yurts

Glamping at its finest! Forest Garden Yurts are wooden yurts designed and built by Bill Coperthwaite in the 1970s for Tom Hess and Lory Brown as home and pottery studio. Tucked away in 4 acres of Ozark forest, the yurts are simple in nature yet abound with artistic details. The home yurt has a kitchen, bedroom, and a nook living room. The bathroom yurt is separate but has a covered walk. Unconventional and unique, with hobbit hole doors and low clearances in places.

Experience an authentic, rustic and secluded glamping experience on a beautiful Farm Animal Sanctuary with horses, donkeys, sheep, goats and potbellied pigs grazing beneath you, a true animal lover's heaven on earth. The Silver Bullet tour bus is a renovated, themed 1973 MCI Challenger Bus. Step back in time to the 1970's... spin your favorite tune on the record player, disco ball included. The mirror tile on the ceiling of the bed room will make for an unforgetable evening. All of this while enjoying nature and swimming in crystal clear 12 mile creek, complete with shutins and nature trails. After exploring Fredrock enjoy and nice soak in the hot tub!
