The IvyWild - Apartment in Tudor Historic Home

A few years ago, I operated a bed and breakfast in this historically registered Tudor home. With our growing family it became too much to manage. Since we love hosting we decided to remodel our spacious basement apartment. It is fully furnished and super cozy. The apartment has its own entrance and lots of parking and even a private outdoor patio area. We are in the central part of town and close to the main street, the market and the Columbia River loop trail.

Home near Mission Ridge and Squilchuck State Park. In the winter you're as close as you can stay to Mission Ridge. 4 miles to the ski area or go sledding at Squilchuck State Park. In the summer enjoy the cooler temps in the trees. Home is wonderful for entertaining with hot tub, theatre room, pool table, BBQ and a fully stocked kitchen.

During your stay, you will have access to a private suite over the garage of our home. (This space requires you to climb a flight of stairs). This includes a studio style apartment with a couch, bed (queen) and a kitchenette. This studio has a spacious and private full bathroom attached. The bathroom includes a tub and a shower.
