We have been working on this space for the last 2 years to get the details just right, including hand built furniture and art by local artists. Above the din of the Mission, this apartment is a unique space built in the attic of a large Edwardian house run by artists Laurel Roth Hope and Andy Diaz Hope .

Located between the Mission and Potrero Hill, you’re close to cafes, shops, and venues. We live on site in main residence and share the property during guest stays. Whether you’re here for work or leisure, our place is a fully detached, private building, offering complete seclusion and privacy.

SO CLOSE to SO MUCH...ice cream, coffee, food, cocktails, murals, markets, music, etc. You’ll love my place because its location is in heart of the Mission. The in-law unit is cozy, comfortable, and stylish. The garden is lovely! It's great for couples, mini-sized families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is a very walkable neighborhood. Live Like a Local in Sunny Bernal Heights

Located close to the Mission and Potrero Hill, our 2 bedroom (approx 1000 sq.ft.) rental is near great restaurants, unique shopping, and the newly opened Chase Center. This 2 bedroom unit is well-stocked with everything you'll need to have a relaxing and fun-filled stay in San Francisco. There's easy access getting into and out of our neighborhood and our street has ample parking. We love to host and are excited to meet new people eager to explore all that the Bay Area has to offer!

Luxury garden suite with separate entrance in the Inner Mission. The garden suite includes: large bedroom with queen-sized bed, private spa-like bathroom (dual rain shower heads, double vanity, lighted makeup mirror, Toto bidet toilet); private den with Xfinity, Apple TV, hi-speed Wi-Fi, mini-fridge; open space with large table for working or dining. Lots of room to spread out & relax. You will be sharing the garden with me and other folks so please respect it as a quiet space.

King Bed Studio w/ Full Kitchen in Lower Haight

This stylish studio is the perfect stay for leisure and work trips. In 600 sqft full of goodness, you will find tons of natural light, a fully stocked kitchen, king bed, dedicated workspace, dining area and virtually the best location for visiting SF. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and parks within walking distance. Centrally located with tons of public transportation, and easy access to downtown, Northbeach, SOMA and all tourist hotspots. Host on site in floor below.

Suite in Historic Noe Valley Victorian

Sunny suite that opens to a spacious deck with Noe Valley views. The suite has a clean flow and separate entrance that was updated in 2019. The space is ideal for 1-2 people. We also love hosting families with small children. We live directly above the suite. This historic building has thin walls so while charming there will be noise above however 8pm-8am is very quiet. Lastly, no unregistered visitors or guests, no parties, no pets, no smoking or vaping.
