Large, light filled, quiet, private 2 bedroom apartment/guest suite with split bathroom (toilet and sink in one room, soaking tub/shower and sink in other), kitchenette, and ceilings up to 16'. We have been working on this space for the last 2 years to get the details just right, including hand built furniture and art by local artists. Above the din of the Mission, this apartment is a unique space built in the attic of a large Edwardian house run by artists Laurel Roth Hope and Andy Diaz Hope .

Street parking is generally available in close proximity to the suite. Easy access to US 101 and 280 entrance.

SO CLOSE to SO MUCH...ice cream, coffee, food, cocktails, murals, markets, music, etc. You’ll love my place because its location is in heart of the Mission. The in-law unit is cozy, comfortable, and stylish. The garden is lovely! It's great for couples, mini-sized families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is a very walkable neighborhood. The location is 10 - 15 minutes from the heart of vibrant Castro with many shops/restaurants and MUNI public transit – 30 minutes door-to-door to downtown or Moscone center. Easy on-street parking (yes, it's true!) with time-of-day restrictions (Our side of the street has street cleaning on Thursdays 9am-11am and across the street is on Wednesdays 12pm-2pm.)
