4 bedroom 2 bath house a block from Lake Missaukee

What was known as The Pink House, this home was the first addition to Lake City. It offers enough space for the whole family including dogs! The entire 3000 square foot house has enough interior space for large gatherings & a large backyard for yard games, kids to play, dogs to run, & space for a camper to park or multiple tents to be pitched. The house is located on the west side of main street giving families easy walkable access to the beach, downtown, or north to grab food or some drinks!

Charming 3 Bedroom Lake House

This cozy 3 bedroom year round home works for all sized groups. Located just steps from a shared private beach it offers fun and relaxation with comfortable surroundings and a well equipped home. All the gear you need is provided for a fun day at the beach or games for a rainy or snowy day inside. It is close to the city of Lake City with wonderful restaurants, a bakery, ice cream parlor, and snowmobile trails. Sunset from the beach followed by a campfire offers a perfect end to your day.

Fall color trips and winter snowmobiling/ice fishing planners should consider booking early, as we fill up fast! 3 gigantic bedrooms feature king beds. Spacious bunk room has 3 bunk beds (6 beds). All beds are memory foam mattresses. Bonus entertainment room complete with Xbox One X — Game Pass included!

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful location! Get in touch with nature. Deer, bobcat, fox, otters, beaver and bald eagles are all regular visitors! Property comfortably sleeps 20 Complete privacy on 80 acres. Remote, yet only an hour to Traverse City or 20 minutes to Cadillac, MI Directly on the Clam River- a Blue Ribbon trout stream Spend some time on the fantastic covered porch or one of the other 3 levels of deck overlooking a bend in the Clam River.

Cozy open loft cabin known as the Bear Den.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place in the north woods. Bear Den Cabin has 4 full size beds. Includes , Washer and Dryer, Kitchen table and chairs and a Kitchen with a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, crockpot and an electric skillet. The bathhouse is attached with hot showers and bathrooms. Close to ATV/Snowmobile Trails and you can ride from your site. You will need to provide your own bedding, pillows, linens and shower items.
