Welcome to your vacation with open floor plan and walk-out to the heated pool with Weber grill, comfortable seating and fire table. This home sleeps 9 with 3 BR and 2 baths. Quiet neighborhood where you can hear the palm trees in the backyard. Just 20 minutes to Ft. Myers Beach, Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach. All beach supplies available including chairs, umbrella, cooler and towels. Very close to baseball stadiums, shopping and FGCU. Can't wait for you to enjoy all this location offers. Welcome!

Living on the Green

This newly renovated 3 bed 2 bath pool home is located on a lovely golf course. The pool area faces beautiful sunsets and is not heated. During the day the sun warms it to 80 unless the weather is cooler or rainy. The home is near shopping, restaurants at Gulf Town Center and Coconut Point. Beaches in Bonita or Fort Myers Beach close by. Pool table w/ table tennis option in garage. For the summer months I have added a mini-split A/C unit for the master suite for additional comfort.

This property is located at San Carlos Park, is a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, near I-75 between exit 123 - 128. We are located close to three different malls (Gulf Coast Town Center, Miromar Outlets and Coconut Point). We also have a university campus about 12 minutes (FGCU) . You will be close to everything . We are very close to beaches as Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Beach, both are to 10 miles from our home.
