Quiet residential area to relax, work and wander around the city all at once. Private and fully equipped for your comfort, including car garage, this place is a well kept hidden gem! If you are a wanderer, we have local restaurants and coffee spots just a few steps away. I have put a lot of work and love to my apartment so I expect guests to appreciate and respect it as if it were their own, this includes my neighbors. NO parties, smoking, yelling or loud noises allowed, quiet time after 10pm.

Located in Miramar, walking distance to PR Convention Center, T-Mobil District, Restaurants, Hotels , Bars, Supermarkets, Movie Theater, Casino, Marina, Beaches (Condado and Escambron), and Isla Grande Airport. *Please note that there is a Construction next to the building that can be noisy during day time. *Pet allowed with prior consent, $15 extra fee x pet. No cats. *Reservations for two sleeping separately need to add a third guest so sofa bed is prepared. This is to cover our extra costs.
