Wake up to a beautiful sunrise. Our second floor apartment has a private entrance and secure on Property parking for 1 car. Apartment has a spacious open plan living area. Lounge room with T.V. Dining Room with table and chairs and 1 single bed. Kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge.Bathroom is large with bath, separate shower and washing machine. Bedroom 1 Double bed Bedroom 2 Queen and single bed. 10min.walk to beautiful Cable Beach. We have excellent neighbors always ready for a chat.

The Pearlers Bungalow

The Pearlers Bungalow is located at the front of my property which is an old Pearling Masters Residence set on a very large block with beautiful gardens. It has just finished a major renovation and is very comfortable There is a verandah at the front with a cane lounge suite, day bed and outdoor dining table. It has a separate lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is of the main bedroom and has a washing machine. There is private parking beside the Bungalow behind locked gates.

The property is secure with front fence & electronic gate. Mar del Plata is a 15min walk to Cable Beach & a short drive to the airport, supermarkets, bars & restaurants.
