Convenience like this you don't get everyday. This private centrally located, cozy flat is within 10-15 minutes from anything you could possibly want to do in Sioux Falls. Easy access to downtown, Denny Sanford Premier Center, all hospitals, and the Mall. A short two block walk to the Zoo or Sherman Park, or to access to the Sioux Falls Bike Trail. The back deck is a great place to hang out when you are planning to take a break from your busy SF schedule.

Skots West Villa is a very nicely renovated house. Pictures don't do justice to give the full feel of this home. This house listing is for the lower floor of a two-unit duplex. Centrally located, it is close to Midco Aquatic center, Denny Sanford, Down Town, Sanford medical center, Augustana & University of Sioux Falls, and the zoo. Great living area and memory foam beds.
