This flat was in the perfect location. It is 10 minutes walking to Ebisu station which is only a few stops away from major attractions like Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza, Tsukiji, and Akihabara. The apartment was cozy and clean. It had everything I needed during my stay. Numa was super friendly and very helpful when I visited. I will definitely book this flat again when visiting Tokyo next time!

I really enjoyed my stay at Shizuka's place. The location was perfect. It was very easy to access the train and busses. Also close to lots of shopping. Even taxi rides to Shibuya were reasonably priced on late nights out. Shizuka was an excellent host. She was very quick to respond to any questions I had. I would stay here again and would reccomend this to others.

We had a wonderful stay at Chihoko's loft. The supermarket ("OK market") outside is huge, as convenient as it gets! You're 1 subway stop away from Shibuya. The Sangenjaya station (also nearby) is a major hub, servicing express and local trains, and offers many restaurant and shopping choices with local suburban flair. My family was particularly fond of a pedestrian, green space walkway ~4 minutes north on foot. The green space spans many miles and showcases an authentic "slice of life" of suburban Tokyo. Recommend to walk it early evening, 5pm onward.

The place was very nice and clean when we got there. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. They even gave us a full list of the trains we had to take to get to the place. Overall good experience. No complaints

Overall an awesome place to stay! Surrounding were housing estate, quiet and peaceful. If you have an elderly travelling with you, do note of the narrow staircase and one bedroom is upstairs. Will stay again if visiting with big groups! ☺️

Great place to stay at in Tokyo for 4 people! Host was very responsive and the value you get is incredible. It’s just a 10min walk from Ikebukuro station, so it was easy to get to the rest of Tokyo. Lots of things to do nearby, as well as an abundance of restaurants and izakayas. Just be aware there is a kindergarten next door, so you can hear the kids in the morning. We weren’t bothered by it at all, but if you are a light, long sleeper, it’s something to keep in mind.

I’ve given five star reviews to other Airbnb’s, but now that I’ve stayed at Ryuji’s place, I feel like the other ones should’ve been four stars! Seriously this apartment is beautiful and in a fabulous location next door to the incredible new Azabudai Hills shopping and restaurant complex, which is an example of utopian architecture and features luxury shopping. The neighborhood has a ton of embassies so there are lots of English speakers and tons of security. Japan feels safe already and this neighborhood feels even more so. Ryuji has been nothing short of a gracious host who has gone out of his way to make us feel comfortable. The place is an easy walk to the subway. I will definitely be staying here again. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It is located between Shibuya and Ebisu in an upscale area. Easy access to the train stations and grocery/convenient stores (we loved Life Higashi Shibuya!). The apartment itself has a lot of space and is nicely decorated and fully stocked with amenities. We felt very much at home during our stay. Our host, Yushi, was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We would totally come back and stay here again. Thank you very much!

東京多摩地区で4人以上で泊まれる貴重な民泊だと思います。とても広さがあり、都心のホテルが狭いと言っていた旦那とイギリスから来た義両親はゆったりとできて大喜びでした。 場所はUber eatsの方は探すのに少し苦戦していましたが、宿泊者には事前にとてもわかりやすい説明を写真付きでいただけるので、全く問題なかったです😊 浴室乾燥機がついていたのが、個人的には急いで洗濯をしたかったのでとても助かりました。 また一時帰国をする際はぜひ利用させていただきたいです😊ありがとうございました。

We spent two very beautiful nights at Kazuki‘s place. The house is located in a stunningly beautiful neighborhood uphill. Everything is very well landscaped, the houses are beautiful and it‘s very quiet and private. The house was extremely clean inside and everything was well kept. The kitchen was equipped very nicely and the bathroom was squeaky clean and very enjoyable to shower in. Definitely make sure that you bring things that help with mosquito bites. It‘s also highly recommended to have a car, otherwise you‘ll have to walk a lot uphill/downhill or take taxis (which is what we both did). Overall, we felt right at home and would definitely go again. It was amazing. Thank you, Kazuki-san!

Has a good walkable area with plenty of restaurants right outside. Very close to the train station, just on the other side of the market. Wifi only worked on top floor and didn't have great connection on first floor, could use a range extender. Elevator is small and can only carry 1 big person or 2 smaller people at a time, had to take turn ls going up and down.

The stay was lovely and so clean! Very nice and quiet area, not too far from Shibuya. We arrived late into Tokyo and I booked it at the airport last minute - the instant book and self check in was so easy. Hong was so helpful and friendly and the response time was so fast!

Excellent accomodation just outside the main tourist hotspots with plenty of room and easy access to all areas of Tokyo. Closer to smaller out of city commutable town with winding and narrow roads. Helpful shops nearby. Highly recommend.

This was my second Airbnb stay in Japan, and it didn’t disappoint. The property is brand new, stylish and offers everything you might need—from cooking utilities to hygiene products—free for use. I needed a quiet space to finish a work presentation, and this place was perfect. The building faces the Pacific Ocean, offering a stunning and unobstructed view. The clean, deserted beach was ideal for reading, strolling and morning yoga. Everyone I met was friendly and welcoming. The interior was unique, with a stunning red theme, a super comfortable bed and a strong shower. It even had a work desk and chair, perfect for remote work. There’s a small pool outside (likely summer-only) and outdoor showers for surfers. The owner recommended a French bistro nearby—it was AMAZING, with delicious food and a friendly French staff. A seafood restaurant is also within walking distance. Getting there is easy by JR Wakashio line to Wadaura Station (~2 hours). Free parking lot next to the building.

This place was perfect. Small, but seamed standard for Tokyo and well laid out so it worked well for our multigenerational family staying there. Everything was clean. The host left some food and beverages in the kitchen that was a nice touch and made it easy to settle in.
