Come stay at this peaceful and centrally located home with serene back yard and stylish decor. Private daylight basement with queen bed, 50in TV, and dry bar. Quick and easy access to the freeway. Grocers, restaurants, coffee stands, and convenient stores nearby. This unit is great for travelers needing a quick, restful break from the road. Private entry, safe street parking, indoor/outdoor cat on premises. 2 person maximum. House rules enforced. Please review before booking. 4pm check-in.

Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

The Barn Suite

Welcome to the family “Barn” located on the back half of our property. This “Barn was relocated from an adjacent property in 1957 which was used as a chicken coop, a horse barn and then remodeled for the first time in the late 60’s to accommodate living quarters for Anne’s brothers. In 2023 this was stripped to the studs; everything is new, the unit in furnished with king size bed, sitting area, kitchenette and full separate bathroom. This is a Non smoking and No Pet Suite/Property.

The apartment has it's own entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house. There are no common areas besides the front yard. The house is located 10 to 15 minutes east of downtown Spokane. *3/30- please note there is construction going on in the back property. There may be additional construction noise during the day**
