Family Friendly Lakefront Cottage, Ambajejus Lake

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This is a large (1600 sq. ft.) kid friendly cottage that has all of the conveniences of a home with the beauty and charm of a lakefront cabin. The construction was finished in 2024 so everything is new including the furniture and appliances. The cabin waterfront is in a shallow cove. The depth at the end of the dock is less than 3 feet making it a good place for wading and exploring for kids. Water shoes recommended.

Sled/Ice Fish/Perfect Lakeside Getaway!

The perfect lakeside getaway spot with beautiful views. It is renovated with an old time cozy camp feel, with modern conveniences. This pet friendly camp is across the street from Schoodic Lake. The cozy camp sleeps 5-6 comfortably with on-site parking for three. The camp is located on ITS 111 trails for snowmobiling and ATVing. Hunting, fishing and hiking destinations include, Baxter State Park, Gulf Hagas, and Katadin Iron Works. Water access at Knights Landing just a short distance away.

PLEASE READ ALL THE DETAILS OF OUR LISTING. 3rd floor, converted attic "Penthouse" apartment is steps away from Downtown Millinocket and all your outside adventures: fishing, snowmobiling, skiing, white water rafting, biking, etc. Close access to snowmobile trails, 2 minute walk to downtown/Marathon, close to Katahdin and Baxter State Park. Can't promise you will see a rainbow out our window, but on a clear day, when the leaves have fallen off the trees, you can see Katahdin!

What's more, the ITS snowmobile & ATV trail picks up directly behind the house and it's an easy drive to Baxter State Park and beyond. This is a classic Millinocket home with updated furniture, a large indoor sunroom, garage, and a lawn. Three bedrooms offer a variety of sleeping options - ideal for families. Private parking in driveway.

Relax and plan your hiking, snowmobiling, and other Maine adventures at this peaceful and centrally-located cottage. This is a no smoking/no vaping property! 2 bedroom & 1 bath house - updated and clean. 10 minute walk to downtown Millinocket. 4 houses from snowmobile trail system. 14 miles from Baxter South entrance. Key pad access. *We are no longer accepting pets. Private drive long enough for snowmobile trailer and vehicle(s) This is a quiet residential street.

Millinocket area, Smith Pond cabin-Loon Haven

Loon Haven is a peaceful log cabin retreat for family and friends to gather and enjoy all the area has to offer. Situated just 3 miles from Millinocket, this cabin is right on Smith pond and has access to the ITS trails in the winter, ice fishing, snowshoeing and x-country skiing trails as well. In the spring and summer, boating, fishing, hiking, and other summer activities are available at the pond and nearby lakes. Maps and pamphlets are available in the cabin.

Near Downtown Apartment

Two bedroom second floor apartment! Chalkboard wall, (with art and signatures from guests all over the world since 2018 dont forget to sign the wall) two tv’s (master bedroom and LR) with Netflix, Hulu, + access, and high speed internet! Owner occupied building. Street next to downtown, hiking trails, and snowmobile trails! We are not near a lake, no idea why airbnb did that and can not change it. We are near a river that many take kayaks and canoes out onto.

Spruce Street Retreat

Clean and cozy home in a quiet residential neighborhood, about 30 miles away from Baxter State Park. It's just a few blocks away from the snowmobile and atv trails and only a couple of miles off I-95. I cannot accept pets at this time, including service animals. I have an exemption for this because of my severe allergies to cats and dogs.
