Our home is located in a diverse, quiet, historic lot and block neighborhood. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Texarkana Regional Airport - 2.9 miles Wadley hospital - 1.2 miles Christus St. Michael - 4.8 miles. Texarkana Country Club - 2.9 miles Northridge Country Club - 4.8 miles Four States Fairgrounds- 3.9 miles. Garrison Gardens- 8 miles.

Quiet country living 3/2 in city limits!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. House is at the back of 20 acres! Has stocked pond for fishing or drink coffee on the front porch and watch whitetail deer in the yard! Fenced in backyard for pets and plenty of room for them to roam and pond for them to swim in. Has a big garage. 3.5 miles from the fair grounds, 4 miles from downtown Texarkana, 2.8 miles from cooper tire. Close enough to everything but relaxing and quieter then you can get in a neighborhood!

Cute Cottage Historic One Bedroom

Message us for long term stays and travel nurses. One bedroom cottage set behind the J.K. Wadley House (built in 1895) located just blocks from downtown in an older area of town. Near UAMS and Wadley Hospital. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment within blocks. It’s a cute, historic space with a bedroom upstairs and kitchen, den, and bathroom downstairs. Smart TV and fast WiFi. Maximum of two guests. We live next door and are just a phone call away if you need anything.
