The home features a large kitchen, family room and basement rec area with a TV for entertaining. Plenty of off street parking for large vehicles. The backyard has a small grassy area, cement patio, fire table, chairs and an outdoor grill. **Airbnb has changed its fee structure, increasing the rates that hosts now have to absorb, which is reflected in our updated nightly rate.**

Everything in this house was chosen to make visitors a great stay. The house is warm and inviting. Big backyard and a porch where you can sit and enjoy. Whatever the reason brings you to Erie, this is a place you are going to feel at home. It is a very comfortable and peaceful place. Near to Millcreek Mall, Erie Zoo, UPMC, Mercyhurst University and Berhend Penn State. This home is 20 minutes away to Presque Isle When you are home enjoy a good coffee while watching TV or playing board games.

We do not host locals. Our private 2 bedroom, one bath suite is the perfect location for year round activities. It is attached to our home but, has it's own private entrance with gated driveway. It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer.
