It has all original woodwork and floors and has been brought back to life. It has a 53 foot front porch surrounded by beautiful trees. It has a player piano that can play dozens of songs. Four original fireplaces make the rooms cozy. Over 3500 square feet inside and located across the street from Allegheny college and 2 blocks from Meadville Medical Center.

This private upstairs one bedroom apartment with queen size bed in an older building is 600 square feet of living space. The futon in the living room makes up into a full size bed. It is in a quite north end of Meadville neighborhood has a separate entrance and separate one car garage parking space. My house is off of Interstate Hwy 79 between Interstates 90 and 80, 40 minutes south of Erie, PA and 90 minutes north of Pittsburgh. It is 4 blocks downhill from Allegheny College.
