Lightworks Treehouse Winter Retreat

Recently remodeled and allergy-aware, this winter retreat treehouse sits on protected open space on the slopes of Mount Tamalpais. Thoughtfully designed for longer, quieter stays, it offers trails from the back door, clean air, a stove-heated barrel sauna in the healing circle, and a deeply calm, dog-friendly setting. Enjoy coffee on the deck and listen to the sounds of nature, or nestle up with a book in a nook and gaze through light filled windows into the oaks and redwoods while you recharge.

Cozy Larkspur Cabaña

The Cabaña is a detached 325 square feet studio apartment with a full bath and kitchenette located in our expansive front yard with a separate entrance for our guests. It is ideal for 1-2 travelers. There is a private patio which in warm weather extends the space. I have completely repainted the interior and redecorated with all new furnishings. There is a new bed and new plush firm mattress, new curtains and window shades, new lamps, leather chairs, refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven.

Jump on trails and hike the Headlands, Muir Woods, and Stinson Beach. The studio has a kitchenette with a mini fridge, Nespresso machine and a microwave. Please note, it’s definitely not for cooking meals.

We're following strict sanitizing and washing protocols and provide cleaning supplies in the unit. We're in a quaint neighborhood in a flat area of Mill Valley. This space is comfortable for 1 and cozy for 2. A mile from downtown Mill Valley, many great hiking/mountain biking trails and San Francisco is 10 miles away.
