Our lovely cabin is located just 17km from Writing On Stone provincial park. This makes an excellent destination for those looking to enjoy the outdoors but wanting the comfort and luxury of a fully furnished cabin.

Our ranch is nestled in the foothills of the beautiful Rocky Mountains, between Glacier National Park (US) & Waterton National Park (CA), with the “Boundary Creek” running through our property. “Old Chief” Mountain - famous for its majestic beauty, and legends that are part of its history, watches over us on the Ranch. We have recently developed our basement in the hopes of giving others the opportunity to experience life on the ranch.

Welcome to the Glacier Mountain Retreat guest house! Come enjoy this getaway one mile from the Amtrak train station in East Glacier Park and five miles from the Two Medicine entrance to Glacier National Park. Our guest house is located adjacent to the main home on 3 quiet wooded acres that we share with the occasional bear or moose. Your privacy is our utmost concern and the main house is our primary residence and not rented.

Magrath is a Wonderfull town. 45 minutes to Waterton park and 20 minutes to Lethbridge. There is a Pharmacy, Sash Pizza, 2 banks, post office, hair salon and seniors centre. Outdoor swimming pool and play grounds. It's a small safe community great for kids. We use Hypoallergenic laundry soap and free and gentle fabric softener for all our towels and bedding.
