Luxury beach villa with private pool

This luxury seafront villa is located at a private beach, in a bay with not more then 12 houses and is ideal for families or a group of friends. You have the choice to relax at your private pool (10 x 4 m) or enjoy a swim in the Aegean sea which is accessible by stairs at the end of your garden. One of the highlights is relaxing on the spacious covered balcony with a glass of wine, rakı or a cold local beer and enjoy the fabulous view of the Aegean sea with it most stunning sunsets.

Brand new villa (built in 2024) with ocean view and private pool (pool is not heated)! Awesome location with 20-minute drive from the airport, 5-minute drive to the beach and walking distance to grocery stores (3-minute walk to Migros and 5-minute drive to Macro Center). 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (shared), plus work/study desk. Air conditioning in each room. Gorgeous pool, yard, lounge chairs, dining table and barbeque are waiting for you. It comes with private parking for two cars.

Bodrum / Güvercinlik Three-bedroom Detached House

Away from Bodrum's crowd and noise, yet it is close by beach is only a 7 minute walk away. The Bodrum is a 16 minute drive, and the airport is 15 minutes away by car. Buses to Bodrum center run every 30 minutes. Located right next to a pine forest, our spacious garden features chickens, cats, birds, fruit trees, and vegetables. The air-conditioned house accommodates 3 people and is suitable for both families and singles. The beach is clean, child-friendly and blue flag beach-sea.
