Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Villa Monziani - Island San Giulio, Lake Orta (NO)

The oldest residential house on the Island of San Giulio, situated in the middle of Lake Orta, distanced 400m from the mainland, accessible only via boat. The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

La vista sui 4000 svizzeri è mozzafiato! Durante la stagione invernale, in caso di nevicate, bisognerà parcheggiare a circa 500 mt dallo chalet, vi aiuteremo volentieri con i vostri bagagli!

Cà dul Barba, antica casa del 1700 ristrutturata situata nelle Alpi occidentali piemontesi, nella frazione Santa Maria di Fomarco, Pieve Vergonte. A pochi metri dal Santuario mariano piu' antico della zona, si trova a 30 minuti di auto dai laghi Maggiore e d'Orta e a 15 minuti da Domodossola. Punto di partenza ideale per meravigliose gite nelle vicine Valli ossolane Anzasca, Antrona, Bognanco, Divedro, Formazza e Vigezzo.

The house consists of three floors. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms, two beds in each, and one bathroom with a shower. On the middle floor there is one large bedroom with two beds. (It is possible to put an extra bed). On the top floor there is a small bedroom with one bed and and separate bathroom. Also on the middle floor there is a kitchen equipped with all necessary for cooking.
