Between the breathtaking views of mountains, the river and our inground private pool with a beautiful amish built gazebo, this home allows for total relaxation! Our place allows you to reconnect, which is often lost in this extremely busy world we live in today! Make memories at our Memory Maker Cabin that you will cherish for a lifetime! The only problem, is that you won't want to leave!

RV Rental (Connect)

The camper is one room with a queen bed and 2 bunk beds. The camper also has a couch. The things included in the full kitchen are a microwave, a stovetop, an oven, and a full fridge. It also includes a coffee maker, toaster, pots and frying pan, and utensils. There is 1 full bath in the camper. We provide a bottom fitted sheet on the queen-size bed and the bunk beds. Bring your own pillows, blankets, towels, and wash clothes. The camper has its own picnic table and fire ring.

For rent is a new, fully-furnished basement guest suite with a private entrance, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, full kitchen, wall mounted 55" smart tv, wifi. This property is walking distance to Beaver Stadium or the Bryce Jordan Center via University drive (approximately 1.1 miles). Our ideal group varies. It could be 2 couples (young or old), parents with kids, or just a few friends. The apartment comfortably sleeps 6. Located in State College Borough. ONE TURN to get to the stadium!!!

The Log Cabin 10

The Log Cabin has 2 single bunks and 1 full bed. (BOTTOM FITTED SHEETS ONLY ON BEDS, YOU BRING TOWELS, BLANKETS AND PILLOWS). (NO BATHROOM OR SHOWER IN THE CABIN) We do have a bath house with showers and toilets. The cabin sleeps a maximum of 4 people. WE ALLOW ANY SIZE PETS IN THE THE LOG CABIN. It also includes a microwave, mini fridge, and table and chairs inside the cabin. There is also a heater and a window unit for AC. The cabin has its own Fire Ring and Picnic table.

The Firefly Cottage 6

The Firefly Cottage has 2 bedrooms, the 1st bedroom is private with 1 queen bed, the second bedroom has two bunk beds with 4 single bunks, sleeps a maximum of 6 adults, the kitchen is fully stocked. Price includes 4 people, Pets are allowed under 35 pounds only, additional fees apply, NON SMOKING. The deluxe cabins have bedding and bath towels and everything You need. There is firewood available for purchase as the cabin is equipped with a picnic table and fire ring.
