Our house is located in the heart of midtown, walkable to Overton Park (running/bike trails, the Memphis Zoo, Levitt Shell, Brooks Museum, and golf course) and Overton Square (live music, great restaurants, a movie theater, and playhouses). The house itself has 2 bedrooms each with a king-size bed, kitchen, a screened-in deck, and two living spaces perfect for relaxing and catching your favorite movie. Hulu, Netflix, Disney Plus, and Amazon Prime (including PBS Kids) are complimentary.

Whispering Oak Secret Hideaway

Whispering Oak was lovingly built in 1908 by the Mothershed family. It is adorned by a massive Oak tree that holds a swing. We have divided the house into two private apartments. Secret Hideaway is on the right. There are 3 spacious rooms. Living/dining with adjoining kitchenette, large bedroom with closet with en-suite luxurious bathroom with walk in shower. There a lovely front porch with swing that provides amazing sunset views and a beautiful backyard with large covered portico.

This bright and cheerful apartment is centrally located one block from North Parkway in the Speedway Terrace Historical District. Walking distance from the thriving Crosstown Concourse- an Art Deco era building that has a grocery, drug store, multiple restaurants, art exhibits and entertainment. Also a close trip to Downtown with the Bass Pro Pyramid and famous Beale Street. The master has a king size bed while the second room has a queen size bed. Free street parking.

Harbert House was built in 1912 and has historic charm.
