Eclectic Gem with a Garden Terrace in Midtown

The apartment is located one block south of Piedmont Park’s leafy walking paths in Atlanta’s vibrant Midtown neighborhood. Some of the city’s trendiest restaurants, cafes, nightlife spots, and boutiques are just a stroll away. Atlanta's rail transportation called MARTA has its Midtown station on 10th Street just four blocks west with connecting buses at the station. Lyft and Uber are usually within a two minute wait any time of day or night so there is no need for a rental car. The streets are lighted at night and relatively safe for walking; however, just like in any major city, your attention should be focused on your surroundings and not on your smartphone. At just over 700 sq. ft., this one bedroom, one bath with full kitchen and laundry has plenty of room for two. The outside terrace is 300 sq. ft. and overlooks garden designed with a focus on Southern horticulture with Camellia, Hydrangea, Crape Myrtle, Rhododendron, Azalea, Hosta, Gardenia and numerous mature Japanese Maples. The location is in Central Midtown and a short walk to many bars, restaurants, coffee houses, two grocery supermarkets, numerous specialty shops and retail areas and of course Piedmont Park is 250 feet from your doorstep. In addition to Piedmont Parks jogging & biking, the Atlanta Beltline offers miles more with an entrance at the park and of course there is no charge for either Piedmont Park (except pool) or the Atlanta Beltline. Decor is an eclectic blend of family antiquities and modern comfort with a flair for the unique. We understand that you have many options for accommodation in Atlanta and we feel that it's about you, our guest. Midtown Historic Designer Apartment, Sam

The Woodfuff on Ponce is an Atlanta landmark built in 1907 by architect G.L. Norman. It has been beautifully renovated to feature a chic open layout with pops of colors while maintaining the building's historical integrity. This unit is on the third level, a four flight walk up, with an expansive open floor plan and a beautiful bay window overlooking Midtown. Please note that this is an urban setting. The building has been restored with new windows, doors and drywall, even so it is possible that you will hear faint noises of the city. While we do offer one gated off street parking space, we cannot accommodate over size vehicles large than a mid size suv or a mini van. No Escalades, suburbans or large trucks. The entire 3B unit and one gated assigned parking spot is all yours! Christina is always available by text or message. The Woodruff on Ponce is in a great, convenient location. Walk to Ponce City Market's vibrant dining and shopping just a few blocks away. Head to Piedmont Park for a scenic afternoon stroll, and enjoy downtowns bustling nightlife and entertainment. The Woodruff is on the bus line, close to two Marta Stations (Peachtree Center and Midtown Arts)and uber is always within 2 minutes. The city also has Bird and Lime scooters as well as motorized and non motorized bikes. If you are traveling with a car you will have one off street, gated assigned parking space. We can provide only one parking space per reservation. The building has a total of six units. Urban noises may be heard at times. Pets are considered, please ask before booking. You will be given a key fob to enter building and a electronic gate opener if you have a car. If either are lost there will be a $200 replacement fee.
