Bear Run – Cozy Rustic Cabin with Modern Comforts

Take it easy at this unique & tranquil getaway. Or, if you want fun and excitement in the PA Wilds, this is the place to stay: • 1.2 miles to Left Asaph entrance, a mountain biker's & hiker's paradise of trails, trees & flowing creeks • 1.7 miles to Blue Run Rocks, a trail leading to rocks for the climber in all of us • 5+ miles to Beechwood Lake, stocked by the PA Fish & Game Commission for trout season • Just up the road from Pine Creek & Rails to Trails Bear Run has it all.

Tioga County Base-Camp - "Black Bear Hollow"

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin. Our cabin is ideal for a quiet get-away for hunting, hiking, shooting, snowmobiling, ATV/UTV riding, fishing & star gazing. The cabin is located in an area only accessible via dirt roads. It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! Easy access right off Route 15 make this cabin an accessible, convenient destination. Try biking or walking the 60+ mile rail trail along the pine creek, hiking, Wellsboro's festivities/gas lights, skiing, or horseback riding. Plenty of options for hunting, fishing, state parks and streams in the local area.

The Farm - A Peaceful Getaway on 50 Acres!

If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this is for you! This 3-bedroom house is located in Northern PA and is nestled in the middle of 50 acres of land. Local attractions include Cowanesque and Tioga/Hammon Lakes, the PA Grand Canyon, Corning NY and the Finger Lake wineries. You can choose to hike, bike, ride ATVs, travel to local areas or just relax and enjoy the outdoors! Note: we have Wi-fi that works well for streaming movies and basic browsing but is not suitable for remote work.

This airy vintage home on the outskirts of the quaint town of Mansfield. The dream living room has a dramatic two story wall of windows! We normally ask for two nights- however, if you need one night ask & you can possibly snag this lovely place for one night! Light & Lovely Chateau is close to all of the favorite destinations in the northern tier of Pennsylvania including Mansfield University. We try to ensure guests have a wonderful experience!

Whether you visit the area for one of our well-known festivals, view the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon, bike the 62-mile Pine Creek Rail Trail, go hunting, fishing, hiking, or all of the above, you will love to come home to the comfort of the cottage.

East on West ~ in-town guest suite

East on West is a peaceful, guest suite on a quiet street in the heart of Mansfield, PA. Our town is at the cross-section of Routes 15 and 6 with easy drives to beautiful Wellsboro (18 min.), Corning, NY (32 min.), Watkins Glen (55 min.), and Williamsport (45 min.). We are a few blocks from Mansfield University, coffee shops, and antique shops.
