Seaside Studio

Our unique studio is spacious enough to have essential amenities while being located in the heart of Townsend Inlet. Just a short 2 minute walk to the beach and short walk to local restaurants, cafes and much more! Our unique place offers those wanting to visit experience the island without the need to rent an entire home! We offer beach tags and beach essentials like chairs and an umbrella during your stay. The shared outdoor shower is located along the pathway of the main house.

The Sandy Nest

A cozy space within 4 blocks of the beach. It is the ground floor efficiency of the house. Great getaway for couples, small family or self reflection time. Newly remodeled in 2026, it's a great small space for time away. Driveway is for main levels of house, no off-street parking provided with this rental. We do provide sheets and comforters on bed, along with 2 fresh bath towels in the bathroom. **note: guests over 5'8" will need to mind their heads, it is Low Ceilings**

Welcome to Sea Haven Tiny Cottage. This efficiency style back yard tiny cottage has everything you need for a stop at the shore. Located 5 blocks from the Delaware Bay and 15 min from Cape May. There is a full size bed with comfortable bedding, efficiency style kitchen, and a stylish full bath with a tiled walk in shower. There is seating on the deck to enjoy your morning coffee and an outside dining set, hammock and fire pit. We are pet friendly for an additional fee.

Cape Cottage

My Airbnb is a detached cottage on my personal property. The cottage has a living room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom with stall shower, and large bedroom with a queen size bed and a single cot. It also offers a full size washer & dryer, full size refrigerator, Ironing board and iron, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and flat screen tv. I also provide all clean sheets and towels. There is NO SMOKING in or on the property!
