ZHU studio is an open plan architectural designed two storey (loft) at the rear of the property, which is separate from the front 1910 cottage. The brilliant design ideas, up market amenities and the car turntable, great experience for young family or business trip. Please note the loft is not suitable to old ages and disability. The block located in a fantastic point of Toowoomba. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants, Cobb +co museum, Queen's Park. There's garage for car parking.

A duplex apartment in a central location to the city, boarding schools and St Vincent's Hospital. Easy to locate for out of towners coming from east or west as we are close to major roads in and out of Toowoomba. We are a great option for those who are in Toowoomba for work during the week, for parents with children at boarding schools, for family members with someone in hospital, as well as people here for family events, or just passing through.
