It's a cosy, luxury "Tiny House" located in an idyllic bush setting on a 5 acre property in the Razorback ranges, about an hour's drive from Sydney. The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed and also the wild birdlife.

Hi I'm Basil. I live with my donkey family on a beautiful property in Exeter. Come and stay in a lovely private barn beside my paddock. It has 2 queen beds, a spacious & warm living area, with a kitchenette and a stylish bathroom. Escape the stresses of the modern world & enjoy the view over the pond. Enjoy a unique Tiny House that was designed and built on this very farm. "Dovolj | Dobro" is annexed off our 3acre Selah Gardens, which you will have access to. Nestled amongst gum trees overlooking a large dam, it is surrounded by native wildlife and grazing stock. A unique feature of this location is a walking track through our working farm to The Olive View Restaurant, with great food and amazing coffee. In keeping with minimum impact on the environment, it contains a composting toilet.

Self contained converted recording studio

This unique studio has a style all its own. Si-Fonic Studio, a recording studio in the 1990s and early '00s, is now converted to a self contained unit in the garden behind a stately Federation home and has the charm of music from days gone by. The studio is situated in a quiet part of town close to amenities with a short walk to the city centre. There is off street parking and independent access to the accommodation. Continental breakfast is provided for the first day.

Mystic Ridge Estate offers ‘StarGazer'. Be amazed by the breathtaking panoramic lake views as the property is situated on the west ridge overlooking Lake George. The lake bed is visible during the dry years and the lake will slowly reappear during wet years. The lake is currently the fullest it’s been in many years.
