The Entire House - Lou and Lewie's

Our unique laid-back beach accommodation is perfect for large families or friends to stay in the same location yet with the convenience of their own private space. Newly renovated and converted into two luxury apartments for maximum flexibility, Lou and Lewie’s at Sawtell is available for rent as individual apartments or combined for the entire house. When rented together, Lou and Lewie's can sleep a total of 12 guests and guests have full use of the property. Enjoy views of the bush with the sound of the waves filtering through. Lou and Lewie’s is meters from a beautiful beach and only minutes from the laid-back cafes that line Sawtell’s main street. Lewie's - ground level Lewie’s is located on the ground floor of the beach house and features a fully equipped kitchen with built-in breakfast bar. The living space opens directly onto the BBQ and outdoor dining area, making this an entertainer’s dream. To ensure everyone gets a good night’s sleep, every bedroom has deluxe hotel grade beds, pillows and sheets. Large sliding doors in the Master bedroom allow for beautiful views to the garden. A Middle bedroom and Twin bedroom with smart TV plus two bathrooms ensures this self-contained space provides everything you need. Bed configuration Both Lou and Lewie’s have the same bed configuration - 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6 people. The Master and Middle/Garden bedroom - King or Split Singles The Twin rooms have two single beds. Set in behind the sand dunes of Sawtell's main beach and 5 min walk to the main street. This unique house has a private entry to the beach from the back courtyard . The ground floor has 2 x bedrooms , 1 x bathroom , kitchen, lounge/dining room and laundry. Level 1 has 1 x bedroom , 1 x bathroom, large open room with a fold out queen sofa bed and access to the patio. The courtyard has an outdoor shower, BBQ and out door dining setting. On site parking is available with free street parking also.

Becker 94 is just 400 metes away from One Mile Beach. There are also other surfing, fishing and patrolled beaches within 5-15 minute drive. Relax in two bedroom ground floor apartment with a large living room, open plan fully equipped kitchen, undercover patio, small garden and a private pool. Stunning view - walk to everything

Enjoy this beautiful water vista from an elevated location overlooking the beach and a short stroll to Fly Point beach and Nelson Bay village. Offering a generous balcony with the most amazing water views and stunning sunsets and dolphins will swim by. This apartment has level access from your parking space. The balcony has a gate so it is safe for kids and dogs. A construction site is next door, there maybe a little noise during the week but no noise during the weekend.

Spa in the valley.

This is a newly built house about 8 minutes walk to heart of town and a ten minute drive to the vineyards. Most tours will pick you up from the house. Spend a day touring the vineyards then sampling wines in the outdoor spa. Please remember this is a suburban area so no loud music or party’s. Please not due to previous problems I will be unlikely to allow groups in their 20s
