We are a bed and breakfast only accommodation and not a home to rent.This free standing villa type accommodation is less than 3 hrs drive from Sydney. This paradise is the first of the white sands and palm trees heading north. Three great lakes over 20 beaches all within 30 min drive great restaurants and holiday activities on Australia's holiday coast. 4 minute stroll to Boomerang Beach,5 minutes to Shelly ( nature beach) 15 minute stroll to restaurants and cafes. 15 minute drive to Forster.

Comfortable Room Near Coffs Harbour City & Beaches

This is a spacious and comfortable private room in our home, located close to Coffs Harbour city in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood with a beautiful reserve behind the house. Ideal for solo travellers or couples, the room accommodates up to two guests and features a single bed plus a floor mattress, a desk, ceiling fan, and a built-in wardrobe with hanging and shelf space. A shared bathroom and separate toilet are conveniently located right next to the room, and fast Wi-Fi is available.

*Check in is at 430pm* no checkins after 9 pm** PID-STRA-3229 No smoking and no late reentries after arrival. I have 2 very friendly young cats so if you don’t like cats do not book 😀. You will enjoy your own room, private balcony and only occasional shared bathroom. You usually have all of upstairs to yourself except as a rarity my family stays. I am 5 min from the highway and 2km from the sea. Urunga is approx 20 mins from Coffs Harbour/20 mins from Nambucca. I am LGBTQI friendly.

Your suite is on the first floor of a beautiful Victorian Italianate Villa. Private and light filled, the bedroom is adjoining a luxurious ensuite with separate toilet, leading out to a balcony overlooking the back garden. Coffee and tea is supplied, continental breakfast is in the fridge and hot croissants are served in the morning. A comfortable lounge, 55” TV, aircon and library is at hand. A work station is set in the bay-window overlooking the front garden.

No2 We supply continental Breakfast just like we have, We have 4 beagles who are like our children and live with us IN THE house and with you if you want. If you don't like dogs this place is not for you. We LOVE DOGS. Late check out 12. pm $20. We are very centrally located. You have a shared bathroom, so keep clean for next person , if there is another guest but there is a second bathroom if needed. Very close to Restaurants Pubs. FYI. we have CCTV and WIFI .

L'Olivette B&B - Lavender Room. For 2 adults only.

L’Olivette B & B offers boutique accommodation in an architect designed Mediterranean style home with an emphasis on friendly & discreet service by your French hosts. The Lavender Room is spacious & comfortable with raked ceilings & exposed beams. The room has a queen size bed, en suite with shower & access to a balcony through large French doors. Access to Host dining room for breakfast. We also have another room: The Olive Room that opens on a private garden.

Huge 3 bedroom private house minutes walk to Mullaway beach. Walk to Mullaway General Store on the way and grab a coffee. Relax on your veranda on the swinging chair or enjoy a BBQ. 8 mins from Pacific highway, 25mins north of Coffs Harbour. 1 Super King & 2 Queen bedrooms, & 1 single fold away bed. Lounge, kitchen, egg bath & double shower, 2 toilets. Veranda & front garden. We do have our own accommodation the back, separated from your house.

This stylish and unique place sets the stage for a memorable trip. Located at the top of Mahogany hill reserve with an abundance of wild birds visiting daily and the possibility of spotting a Koala in the koala corridor at the back of the property. There is even a gate at the bottom of manicured gardens that leads into the reserve where you can try to spo the Koalas in the tops of the trees. Enjoy a delicious got/cold breakfast for $10 per person .

Historic Cottage Poppy’s Cottage in enchanting garden close to Armidale. Delicious hamper Continental BREAKFAST is INCLUDED IN THE COST. Friendly farm animals. Private ensuite accommodation. Rural setting. Children welcome to play on trampoline, feed the hens & collect the fresh eggs. Coki the miniature horse and her friend Romeo are very friendly and love any carrots which you may offer. We hope we are able to look after you!
