Overall, this was a great stay. The construction on the building didn't bother us in our room per se, but did cause some traffic in the parking lot. There are some walkable options but we opted for longer days out elsewhere. The space itself is done as well as it could be. The building is dated a little bit, but this unit was perfect and the best use of space possible. The only minor drawback was the lack of a dishwasher, but if you eat out a lot that is a non-issue. The kitchen has everything we needed other than a sharper knife (understandably so). We had kids so the lack of dangerous or breakable items in the unit was a plus for us. The building's amenities aren't super impressive, but most importantly the beach and heated pool met our needs perfectly.

"The Beach Pad" in Hollywood Beach Florida

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Beach Pad! It was so cozy with everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect and just steps from the sand. The beach was lovely and not too crowded. We enjoyed walking to the boardwalk every day as well! We would definitely love to stay here again someday ☺️

We had a wonderful week stay at Niosha’s place in Miami. It was super easy to check in and the place was exactly how it was described. We went with our 2 teenagers and plenty of room. We loved having the kitchen for breakfast and lunch and only really going out to dinner. My husband and I took the free trolley a mile or so down to Publix 2x to get groceries, very easy. I recommending downloading the trolley app on your phone before arriving and using that when you want to go north to Publix or down to South beach. We used it all the time. The beach in front of the unit was perfect. Not crowded and super clear water . The beach chairs were perfect and the unit had a wonderful umbrella provided. We used the cooler and the beach towels every day. The condo was super clean and well secured. The bed was comfortable and she provided all the things you would need for a week stay. We had a problem with the door lock box one day and Niosha was quick to respond and very helpful! Great experience

We had a wonderful stay at Zees place . The view is to die for sitting in the balcony for hours was a delight . The condo is very well equipped with everything you need . Beds are very comfortable . Huge bed in the master bedroom . The beach chairs and brolly were an amazing addition and served us well most days . The condo is well placed to the boardwalk and restaurants and having a huge Walmart within minutes walking was a lifesaver . We had an amazing week here as a family making memories and will be back . Zee was fantastic to deal with and very responsive checking in on us throughout the week

Excellent choix pour nos 4 jours en famille. Il y avait vraiment tout le nécessaire sur place (au-delà de mes attentes) pour profiter de la place: chaises pliantes, jouets de sable, body board, glacière, etc.. L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Il était dans un complexe locatif. Le site lui-même était aussi bien entretenu. Nous avions accès direct à piscine et plage. L'hôte était très réactif et ne nous a demandé aucune tâche particulière pour le départ, nous informant que l'équipe de ménage faisait tout!

This was my husband's first time staying at an airbnb and it did not disappoint. The bed is firm, which we loved, and the sheets/blankets were butter soft. The bathroom is small but worked well, the shower is heaven! Vickie was very helpful and sweet. She responded quickly and efficiently. This was great walking distant to the beach and on the quieter end of the boardwalk but not far north, there are shops, restaurants, and entertainment. This was a great place to spend our honeymoon! We will definitely book again if we are ever in the area. THANK YOU!

Beautiful location right on North Miami Beach. Very quiet, everything is within walking distance. The free Beach Trolley takes you right down to South Beach as well. Very secure building. Sunrise is breathtaking!!!

Amazing place! Nice corner apartment with an incredible view! We had a wonderful experience staying at this property! Clean, well maintained and exactly as described. Spacious and comfortable interior, with all the amenities we need, even for my baby…the host was very friendly, responsive and easy going! We need to extend our stay and he made it very easy for us! This place is absolutely fantastic! It’s super close to the beach, which is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful. Martin was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely come back again without any second thoughts.

Absolutely loved this rental! It was newly updated. The pictures didn’t do it justice. It worked perfectly for my husband, myself, and our 3 kids. They provided a beach umbrella, chairs, towels, beach bag, and sand toys. This was so helpful since we flew in and couldn’t bring those big items. The pantry was stocked with spices and many of the cooking staples which were very helpful. Incredibly pleased with this rental. Would absolutely recommend Nicholette and this property!

we absolutely loved Nick's place. the location was so easy to get too and really close to grocery stores and only 10 min to the beach. the house was really clean , fully stocked and beautiful inside. We enjoyed hanging out around the pool and the dock was so relaxing . we caught several fish and crab. we definitely recommend Nick's home. it's a 5 star property.

Leo’s place was absolutely perfect! The space was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and Leo was an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient, with great local spots nearby. I’d definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

We had a great time at Otis’s house. Perfect location. The beach is a 2 min walk. The house was comfortable and easy to feel at home with. Otis was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. I will definitely stay there again when visiting Ft Lauderdale.

This house is adorable. The little veranda where you can have your morning coffee is really private. The outdoor shower was really cute and it’s literally steps from Hollywood Beach. He had chairs available for us to use. The kitchen was really well stocked beds were clean and bathroom was clean. It was very nice. We’ll definitely stay here again

Great home and hospitality. A bit further to the beach than we would have liked and the walk is not the most scenic but Uber rides are fine back and forth! The pool and outdoor space is wonderful break from the beach. Communication was super!

PRIME location on Fort Lauderdale's Central beach

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us Chad.
