This wonderful Cottage has a private entrance in the side, surrounded by a garden with a pond in a peaceful environment located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Centrally located at only 12 minutes to the airport, fast access to the main highways to get in 20-25min to South Beach (12miles), 15min to Dolphin Mall, 15min to Dadeland Mall and 25min to the redland farms in Homestead or the Everglades. A fridge with free beverages, Wi-fi, silent cold Ac split and a Smart TV are waiting for you!

Private in-law flat, with its private entrance! It's a beautiful room, tastefully and minimalistically decorated, with its own entrance so you can come and go as you need. It has a spacious private bathroom, mini kitchen, mini fridge, desk (can be used to eat or work space), garment rack w/ space for shoes, luggage rack, wi-fi, one free parking space, and TV with Netflix (no cable). Great for relaxing, for couples/business/solo travelers, and/or if you're looking to unplug! Recently furnished.
